Great for Bluray, 3D, not so great for TV

Gabriel Valencia "Gabe", Amazon

  • Summary: I use with a Panasonic Bluray 3D player and it looks great for both 2D and 3D content. Unfortunately a cable TV signal is a bit more grainy than I'm used to with my other 24" monitor (Gateway 24" FHD2400), which does a better job of upscaling non-HD content. Other great features: * The little remote control with the scroll wheel is very useful. * The touch buttons on the monitor work flawlessly. The ones on my Gateway monitor are finnicky.

Wonderful 3d experience and it pivots!!

  • Summary: I use this monitor in the vertical mode as an external monitor with my new 27" iMac under OS 10 to do work. It is great for putting Manuscript text or Matlab code on the external monitor while viewing the graphic figures or results of the code on the main screen. But when it's time to play I boot into Windows 7 and rotate it around so I can play NVIDIA 3D games or watch 3D movies. I am very impressed with the results!!!

Great Monitor

  • Summary: This monitor is great. I love the 120hz and the full range of positions you can put the monitor in. I have not played with the 3D much but it seems like a fun feature.

A very, very good monitor; but, not perfect.

  • Summary: Pros: Great picture Made for gamers by gamers 3D Vision 2 capable (which adds brightness but leaves contrast quality to be desired). Fast 120hz refresh rate Dell-like USB ports on monitor 2 HDMI ports DVI-D port Mini Display port. Mount & Stand very aesthetic allowing neat wire configurations Ergonomic and user-friendly monitor buttons ( Only BenQ has given this thought). Base is next to none: swivel, tilt, slim, sexy touch of red.
