Summary: I came from using a Macbook Pro with retina display and the colors are already amazing on that. Although the Benq's colors aren't as vibrant as the Macbook, with the right calibration, you can still get something similar.
Pros: - Easy to setup - Vibrant colors with the right calibration - No dead pixels on arrival - Great for gaming (even non FPS) - Has a headphone stand on the back for convenience
Cons: - Default settings are too bright and can cause headaches - Took about an hour to get things calibrated - Had to use outside resources for recommended settings
Summary: Was looking for a high refresh, quick response monitor at the start. This line caught my eye when comparing Acers and IPS monitors, which aren't fast response despite their other qualities. Turns out this monitor is simply fantastic.
Summary: I recently bought 2 of the XL2420T's. While those are nice monitors themselves, this one has improvements to brightness and color quality. While the only thing that changed was the monitor itself (the stand, control, and UI are still the same), it was a great improvement.
Pros: The monitor is incredibly bright and vibrant. 120Hz is amazing needless to say. It makes such a huge difference in gaming. If you're a gamer(any kinds of games), you should be playing it on this monitor.
Cons: The buttons on the monitor(settings, power, etc) seems to be touch sensitive and sometimes doesn't respond. Nothing terrible, just needed to write some kind of con =)
