Summary: just got it today, i was sold on the 120hz and the black equalizer. other bonuses are that it comes 3d ready - although u need to purchase a set of nvidia 3d glasses seperatly. i did a bunch of research on this and found it had some of the lowest input lag around which makes this excellent for fps games like bf3 or cod and such. also doesn't hurt this monitor was designed by pro gamers and is used at many tournaments.
Summary: After returning another monitor at a retail store, I decided to go online and after reviewing response times i went with the Benq monitor, g2g is 2ms, and g2b is 5ms, running tests i had no ghosting or screen bleed, where crysis 2 which has heavy black to white environments has perfect picture. The monitor supports dual link dvi (a requirement to run 120htz!
Pros: 120htz(important for gaming), 2ms grey 5ms grey to black, includes dual link cable (full cable not converter) and all connections, manual remote that stores 3 settings,, manual up scaling instead of hardware for up scaling 4,3, 3d ready, glasses you ned to buy for this model
Cons: glasses not included in this model the TX has it included, but if you buy it apart you save., default blues are a little bright but can be corrected with lower saturation
Summary: This monitor is great and a true 120 hertz monitor, which is a great relief to my eyes over the years of having used an outdated dell monitor. I bought this 2 days ago, and it showed up on my doorstep before they even posted the tracking. It was extremely fast shipping. The stand is completely adjustable and able to be rotated left and right as well as up and down. Which is great, my last monitor I bought I had to return because of how poorly made the stand is.
Summary: You get a lot of bang for your buck in terms of performance, settings options, ergonomic adjustability, and connectivity ports. Its viewing angle performance could be better, but it's not stopping me from making this my new main monitor.
Pros: 120HZ screen is very smooth compared to all the 60HZ screens I've had before.
Cons: Colours on screen shift if I move my head even just a couple of inches.
Summary: Pros: 120hz, true 120. I bought this on a whim after my reg 24" 60hz monitor went out. I do a lot of FPS, MOBA, and RPG gaming. I was either going to do 1x120 or 3x60, and I am so glad I went with 1x120. The smoothness is amazing. I have never gamed on a 120, but I will never go back. Setup. There were quick setup instructions that were easy to follow. I watch a youtube review where someone scratched their stand by rotating the monitor, they are dumb.
Summary: I have been looking to upgrade to a 120hz monitor for a long time now but I havent jumped at any. i almost brought the famous ASUS one but still there were things bugging me about it. When I saw the first model of this I was really going to get it but there were to many negative reviews on it. One day just looking through the computer sites and this one jumps out at me. So finally I pulled the trigger and I have to say I am sooo glad I waited.
Pros: All the specs you read on here are excellent and live up to expectations.
Cons: none so far, but if I was to something I would say buttons are to sensitive.
Summary: so this Black Equalizer is great for PC gaming but EVEN BETTER for console gaming as there is usually no option for console gamers to adjust something that is as useful as this black equalizer is.
Pros: Simply the best First Person Shooter monitor there is
Summary: I had the original benq xl2410t and this monitor fixes some of the minor issues that one had. First of all, there is ZERO backlight bleed, which i hated on the original. Secondly, the black equalizer makes a big difference. Lastly, the overall color quality is much better on this compared to the original. I am extremely happy with my purchase and this seller.
Summary: Going from a 32" Samsung hdtv 60Hz 1920*1080 to this is a ridiculous upgrade. Right away my first thoughts were, this was totally worth it! I also bought 3d nvid kit 2.0 which was $20 off aswell... I cannot believe how awesome 3d is with this monitor! Sure it was $600 in total but I know it has just breathed new life into dusty games! Not to mention everything is soooo smooth! I paid $900 for my hdtv when it came out 4 years ago, this is sooo much better.
Pros: •Awesome 120HZ, •Awesome 3d display, •24" is the perfect size for 1920x1080, •Read the summary below!, •Going from 60Hz to 120Hz will blow your mind
Cons: •OSD (On Screen Display) is slightly limited when using Dual-DVI cable and 3d if you would consider this a con. HDMI seems to have more options available for calibration., •Even with lightboost screen is slightly dark, but still very playable!
