Summary: Pictures are superb, but mine was almost dead on arrival, only the DVI from monitor to HDMI mini jack to my GPU worked, but the cable sticks out approx 6" from my GPU at back of case, so any movement on desk, i lose picture. So called BenQ who arranged an exchange at my door with their Repairtech company, well that was 14/12/2011, i'm still waiting?.

Summary: I ordered this from another supplier, and to be honest I wish I ordered it from amazon because they have a great returns policy. There is no denying that the picture quality on this monitor is absolutely outstanding, A true VA monitor which gives pictures an extra dimension and almost a holographic feel to the pictures, great deep blacks, very clear text, amazing with films and photography. So why only 3 stars?
Summary: Not easy to make a selection from the vast range of monitors available, but the advantages of LED appealed, and BenQ certainly seem to know what they are doing, at a reasonable price. The supporting literature is quite basic, and I found the supplied CD of little use. No matter, Windows 7 Updates provided the correct driver promptly, and the BenQ support system immediately offered a link to the relevant .pdf file which contains comprehensive guidance, including...
Summary: I bought two of these monitors to use side by side as a dual monitor set up. Picture is excellent, and the view angle was much better than my old Samsung 22". The problem that I had was that both monitors gave a different colur picture. This was particulaly annoying having the monitors right next to each other. I ended up, sending one back. The replacement was much better and each monitor now looks great. Over all, really impressed.
Summary: I bought this monitor to replace an ageing Samsung model. I am delighted with the quality of the picture in both home office and Blu-Ray/DVD modes. The picture is vibrant and sharp with a wide viewing angle. There is also a notable absence of motion smear where there is rapid movement in the picture. Additionally, the LED back lighting provides a consistent brilliance across the screen without any noticable bleed at the edges.
A very good wide-screen 24in monitor,and good value.

Summary: This BenQ monitor was delivered promptly and is a delight to use. My only quibble is that the manual is not as immediately informative as one may wish. I wanted to use the HDMI input but had to visit a readers forum to be enlightened regarding the tiny touch button menu at the lower right of the screen. Having resolved that particular problem I am very pleased with my purchase.
Summary: I am very pleased with this monitor- well up to my expectations! And such a reasonable price for this quality. Be aware though that it neither has a webcam or speakers-not required in my case. A good buy.
Summary: I bought this from another supplier. It is a very good monitor. The VA panel makes a difference from cheap TN panels. Black levels are very good, no backlight bleed either. Blu-Ray films look stunning. Monitor is nicely designed and comes well packed. Supplied with a tiny external 'power brick' and power cable with UK and european plugs , vga lead aswell.
Summary: This Monitor is not supplied with a uk plug beware buying a two pin shaver adapter only Fitted with 1 amp fuse as standard blows as soon as you plug it in . it needs up rated to 3 amp.I am using HDMI lead whch needs to be switch to on installation.I have found this Monitor a bit cool on the colour schemes other than that a value for money product.
Summary: I'm a product designer so I usually check a colour very carefully This LED monitor is just great. As a Korean i have been used LG or SAMSUNG monitor. However, Why i bought this BenQ VW2420H? The LG and Samsung monitors are too expensive in the UK and I can't find any difference between LG monitor and Benq vw2420h.Just one thing its a little bit bright. it's a great value for money and reasonable price.
