Summary: I bought 3... Very clear and with uniform colortones and black/white balance... 3 of these with the Radeon 290 builds into an awesome and cheap three monitor gaming rig with eyefinity. (All without Displayport!) Since they have both HDMI and DVI connections, the [Saphire Radeon R9 290(4gig)] HDMI output can drive the center one with audio, and the two outside ones sit pretty (and quiet) at the same resolution!
Summary: Currently using it for photo editing, Adobe products. While researching, I was concerned that it had a slightly lower color gamut than similar monitors (94.6% sRGB). however, given that this is half the price of competing monitors, I'm glad I went this route. Calibrated, and minimal adjustment was necessary. Came out of the box near True Color. no comment on speakers, haven't used them.
Pros: Fantastic value. This is the best "bang for your buck" 1080 27" monitor I've come across. colors were great straight out of the box. no flicker, no dead pixels, no issues with packaging.
Summary: WOW! I am an IT professional. I work with a lot of different monitors, many of them 27" and bigger. I get "new monitors' all the time. And, I'm used to paying gov't prices for them (remember the $600 hammers?-I buy those) so I was a tad nervous about a $200 monitor for my home. All that said, when I fire up a monitor and go WOW, it means something. I've only had it a few days, but WOW. It's bright, crisp and gorgeous.
Summary: I purchase this while on sale as I needed a new display for gaming, Worth every penny spent the colors are amazing.
Pros: Overall very satisfied with this display, Newegg suggests a "Newer Version" of the product, I would not go with the newer version. This display has a smaller bezel and works very well with multi monitor support. Many video settings, works well with no issues. Very satisfied with this purchase overall. Stand and Mount are easy to just pop in and assemble. Power saving options, Great color.
Summary: Wish I would have pulled the lever on this when it was cheaper.
Pros: My old BenQ is starting to dim some and lose it crispness after 5 years of use. It's been such a great display so I bought one of these 27" ones. It has so far lived up to my expectations. I'd rather watch movies on this than my new 55" TV.
Summary: I've been running this as my primary display (dual monitor setup) since July 2015. I was pleasantly surprised with its performance. Recently acquired an Nvidia GTX980 - and I set card to run at 60 FPS to match the 60Hz of this monitor with DSR enabled. The few games I do play (Crysis, Far Cry) both are luxurious on this monitor. Why anyone would think they'd need 144Hz is beyond me. 1080p is affordable at this time, the higher resolutions, not so much.
Pros: Affordable, lots of real estate. Low Blue Light mode is easy on my eyes.
Cons: Wasn't this inexpensive when I purchased it.
