BenQ GW2760HS Monitor Review

26 July 2013
  • Summary: The BenQ GW2760HS is quite remarkable indeed. It's a cheap, no-nonsense PC monitor that gives you a large and capable 27″ VA panel for a ridiculously low price of Rs 20,000. Not only does this panel seem to possess true 8-bit fidelity, but it doesn't compromise in response times for gaming either. The colour and greyscale accuracy makes everything from movies to videogames quite fun, while it's minimalist good looks make it all the more appealing.

BenQ GW2760HS review

21 September 2013
  • Excerpt: The BenQ GW2760HS is a 27in monitor with a VA display and a 1,920x1,080 resolution. Its slim glossy bezel makes it look smart and stylish and its fixed, compact stand prevents it from taking up too much room on your desk. It's an updated version of BenQ's GW2760HM monitor as it now comes with BenQ's new flicker-free LED backlight.

BenQ GW2760HS review

TechRadar UK
17 July 2013
  • Summary: Budget 27-inch monitor heaven
  • Pros: Great image reproduction, Robust and stylish, Flicker free, VESA compatible, Good for movies, You can't fault the BenQ GW2760HS for style. Its minimalistic approach is appreciated, with a slim bezel and all-black design that doesn't detract from what's on the screen. Its flicker-free lighting makes it ideal if you use your monitor for long periods. It's excellent at reproducing images too, with great colours and very good detail. Viewing angles are superb - you can vi...
  • Cons: No height adjustment, No swivel stand, Lousy audio, Average text reproduction, There wasn't a huge amount to dislike about the BenQ GW2760HS. Text reproduction could be better, though it's not bad compared to other displays in its price bracket. We miss the height adjustment and swivel stand offered by BenQ's own BL2410, and its audio is no better than most budget monitors - ie it's terrible.

Test: BenQ GW2760HS (TFT-Monitor 27 Zoll)

CHIP Online
2 August 2013
