Customer Service is awful; misleading about product

Summary: Says product has built in speakers, but they only work apparently with certain cables not supplied. Should have made that clear in advertising/product description. To reach tech support or customer service took a lot of digging and detective work. Then, when I FINALLY reached someone, they said product doesn't have speakers. Then they changed it to say it does in fact. Then they said sound only works with HDMI cable. Then they changed it, saying 3.5mm cable could work.
Summary: HDMI in did not work correctly. I purchased this monitor to be an extension for an All-in-One Sony Windows 8.1 PC that has HDMI out. Windows detected the monitor, showed it was connected and even acted like it was fine but no picture would display on the BenQ. I tried multiple drivers, settings, cables, etc. I tried stand alone to another system running Windows 8 and that would not work either. The monitor would continue to say no connections detected.
Summary: Per chi cerca un buon monitor soprattutto per utilizzi di grafica multimedia oppure promiscui non risulta adatto. La qualità dei pixel probabilmente non è di buona definizione. Buono solo la dimensione del visore grande. NON LO CONSIGLIO AFFATTO! Forse il prezzo contenuto giustifica.
Summary: This was my first and last low-cost screen. Maybe I got a wrong number, but the colors of the screen were horrible and impossible to correct properly in spite of all my efforts. The characters were unclear (blurring); working in Ms Excel or using Internet was painful. So i sold it for an Asus MX279H which is incomparably superior !
