Summary: i love this monitor.i have it next to my 24 inch acer monitor which i use for internet use.the benq i use for my ps3 through the dvi connection, and my xbox 360 on hdmi and dual screen on my pc when i want to do 2 things at once.it is bright and vibrant and did not take too long to set it up, movies and games are nice to watch on it.i would recommend this monitor.my only gripe was the first monitor i had had too much light bleed for me.amazon as always were brilliant,they...
Summary: its ok.. nothing special.. one dead pixel top right.. which is a bummer.. I think they all come with dead pixels these days. , screen really bright, gamma doesn't go high enough to counter the really bright screen.. so had to set brightness to 20 out of 100 expected good things.. but its a bit meh.
Summary: i opted for this monitor based upon the name and ms speed, which this model is 2ms. I have 2 sons who play BF4 and COD and after my recent GPU upgrade to an Asus gtx 770, I needed a good gaming monitor. delivered quickly and so far so good, no issues to report and very happy with the picture and video playback. get one, look no further.....
Summary: I can only echo the other 5 star reviews on here. I took the leap on my first Benq 24inch computer monitor in July 2012 (it’s still ace). Meanwhile I’d been holding onto an old CRT of a similar screen size, which this 27in monitor now replaces. I’m using it as a TV screen rather than monitor, so for me, the standard settings are actually great for my purposes, especially ‘Movie’.
Summary: First of all, that screen is good, especially at that price point. I don't know much about colors and that kind of details, so I won't even bother with that. Just know that its big, it runs without issue, it's neat. VGA, DVI, HDMI, will cover any of your devices over the last 10 years. Just don't use the built-in audio, but that's a given... you bought a monitor, not a sounds system. Now, why am I removing stars?
Summary: Nice build quality. Stylish. No dead pixels and a strong bright display (I have it set at 50% and its still bright). The only gripe I have with it is it's a bit slow to change modes or recognise it's getting a signal at boot up but for the price a couple of seconds is nothing. A very good budget 27" monitor.
Summary: After buying one of these a few months ago I decided to get a second one because you can't beat the price for the quality. I've had no problems with either monitor so far and they look great. My only complaints are the thick bevel, two of the bevels together results in a 2 inch gap between displays, and you can't adjust the displays colour, only brightness and contrast.
