Summary: I had received a total of 3 of these monitors: The first one ordered directly from Amazon had a backlight issue where it would display a thick bar of faint light on darker screens (such as during movies or gaming).
Summary: I got this for a great price at $100, but the retail price at $130 is a little steep, especially considering some people will want a DVI and AUX cable.
Pros: - Very nice build quality - Is not shiny, so no fingerprints - No dead pixels - The stand is great with adjustable height, swivels to left and right (limited), and panoramic view is pretty awesome. - Built-in Speakers (will update once I get an auxiliary cable)
Cons: - No DVI cable included, only comes with VGA - No HDMI which is a huge con mainly because any monitor with speakers should have an HDMI port - 3.5mm AUX cable is required to use the speakers
Summary: I bought 2 of these on sale for $99.99 each, and for that price these are a steal. Not sure I would pay $160 for them though because they have built in speakers but no HDMI port, so you have to use the AUX 3.5mm jack. If you're looking for a work environment, these are perfect for the price.
Pros: 1080p - great contrast - swivel base - adjustable height - tilt - ROTATE TO PORTRAIT!!!! - built in speakers - cable management bracket on the back side of base.
Cons: No HDMI port, which is a pain because this monitor comes with built in speakers.
Summary: My monitor has no defective pixels. Good show, BenQ.
Pros: Stand includes pivot capability (not mentioned in the product description) so you can use it in either portrait or landscape mode. (Windows handles that out of the box so you don't need any special drivers.) Very bright (too bright out of the box, I had to turn it down) and colors are vibrant. Lo...
Cons: No DVI cable in the box. (A VGA cable is included.) The labeling of the controls is odd; when the monitor is pivoted for portrait mode the labels are upside down. The tilt range of the stand is limited. Windows deals with wallpaper badly when you have both a portrait display and a landscape display.
Summary: Price is right for the options this monitor gives you. I work a lot with PDFs and being able to tilt, swivel, etc., is really helpful. I don't know. It's a monitor, it's cheap enough, and I am happy.
Summary: As usual Amazon were great on the delivery and i was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the screen. I needed 4 screens to mount on a stand so had to be VESA compatible. I also wanted full HD with DVI connections. This screen ticks all the boxes and looking forward to using them.
Summary: having discussed this with my friend and visited many sites this product answered my requirements and it has proved very good and clear even for a golden oldie like myself.puchased through Amazon , a first for me but very good service.
Summary: Just got mine feb 13.It came with UK 3pin power lead,so they have got that sorted.Definitely too bright on std setting, easily sorted. It doesn't say so online but it is actually LED as well as LCD.I was going to get the smaller one ,but found this at a cheaper price 89 quid.No brainer great...
