Good value but don't expect to get much more than that

  • Excerpt: Setup was easy and the build quality is decent. Upon turning on the screen needed to be calibrated before use, brightness, contrast and colors were off in default settings. The OSD is straight forward but a bit awkward when trying to adjust many settings when calibrating.
  • Pros: Adjustable Viewing Angles, Large Viewing Area, Reliable Performance, Small Footprint
  • Cons: Brightness Off, Color Needs Calibration

Solid monitor with some color issues

  • Excerpt: Overall I'm happy with this monitor. I've hooked it up to my PS4 and my Surface Pro 3. For gaming, it works well and the fast response time shows. However, the colors are a bit off, and there is a bit of a faded look to it sometimes that I took some pains to minimize.
  • Pros: Easy To Set Up, Fast response time, Lightweight
  • Cons: Dull Blacks, Inaccurate Colors

  • Pros: Adjustable, Easy To Set Up, Lightweight, Sharp Image, Vivid Colors
  • Cons: Color Balance A Bit Off, Docs Difficult To Read, Poor Adjustability

  • Summary: I've got this 27" Asus VS278Q-P monitor a couple of week ago, and so far it performs well. I didn't see any dead pixels, which was an issue in some of the reviews I read before making up my mind on this monitor.

  • Summary: This was a big upgrade from an 8 year old 1980x1200 Dell 2405fpw 24". My eyes can now read without squinting at native resolution. The slight loss of vertical resolution combined with a bigger screen did not result in any loss of graphics quality in gaming and text is nice and crisp and proper sized...
  • Pros: Nice big clear screen.
  • Cons: ATI driver had GPU scaling down 15% for some reason creating a windowed mode which was easily checked back to 0% and Fullscreen. Not a big problem and quickly remedied in catalyst under > My digital flat panels > Flat panels properties.

  • Summary: Pros: Great Monitor - good quality images and the sound is great (using VGA cable). Plug and play. Con: Only problem was the UK power supply was incomplete and unable to use it - the part that connects to the monitor was missing.

Great picture and good connectivity, but returned to Amazon due to faulty speakers.

  • Summary: First of all the positive: great looking monitor, great picture, and great connectivity. All video inputs are independent so you can use them all, and switch easily between them with a single button push on the front (not as obvious as it sounds, if you've lived with older monitors).

Not too bad

Sean, memoryexpress.com

  • Summary: This monitor is pretty good. It feels a bit cheap when I pick it up. Kinda flimsy, no height adjustment. No DVI. The two HDMI ports are handy for multiple devices, as well as the Dport and not sure about the VGA. I would rather had a DVI. VERY BRIGHT backlighting.
  • Pros: Clear Picture Price 1MS Response
  • Cons: No DVI VERY BRIGHT 'Feels' inexpensively made. Only 1080p support (1920x1080 Resolution).
