Pros: The monitor itself is fine, though it requires some work to get the colors right.
Cons: I bought the monitor with a mail-in rebate offer. I happened to lose the box before I could send in the rebate, and before I could get the UPC number from it. Asus told me they refuse to give me the rebate without that, even though I have the monitor itself and plenty of proof that I bought it. T...
Pros: Monitor turns on, has easy to access buttons.
Cons: The image quality is not what I expected from an Asus product. Having adjusted the color settings for hours (splendid, bright/contrast, color temp, saturation, etc.), there is no setting which allows the screen to not be washed out. Moving my head 1 inch in any direction, I can see parts of the s...
Cons: The stand sits a little short, the screen is matte finish, the black quality is AWFUL. the colors are faded beyond correction. if you're using this monitor do write word docs, then this is for you. this is not a monitor for the visually and graphically concerned. Do not buy this for gaming.
Summary: The monitor worked great... for 6 months. I purchased this last February, in October it stopped recognizing HDMI input. This is not a cable or computer issue as the same cable and laptop work fine with my projector.
Summary: If you get a working one I assume it would be a great panel but I wouldn't know.
Pros: Great looking monitor with awesome specs.
Cons: After about 3 months I noticed I would frequently get stuck pixels in the center of my screen. At first it was one or two but now I am getting a single line of about 50 vertically through the center of my monitor. It is extremely frustrating, I have to constantly run "pixel fixers" on Youtube to ...
Cons: Singal issues. Just didn't work with any cable. Tried all the ports on the monitor. Purchased a new MB, thought the PSU was dying or dead had that RMA'd and tested as well as the video card. Nothing seem to change the outcome of no signal issues. Very very disappointed in Asus to make such low gr...
Summary: Don't the screens get tested before they are shipped??? Just bad Overall QC.
Pros: Good Bright screen. Good contrast.
Cons: Matted Screen, Dead pixels with only 60 hours of use.... It is Almost in the center of my screen too.... The red and blue are good just the Green pixel are gone. Payed good money for this screen and i would not mind the dead pixel but its is in the center of my screen and is very annoying.
Summary: The monitor was awesome for maybe 3-4 months. The size is immense, and despite the big size only 1920x1080 resolution was enough for everything I did from photo editing to playing games. However, about a month ago, I turned on my computer, speakers, and my other 23" LG monitor.
Pros: Very big screen Uniform design Thin Bezel Matte screen
Cons: No DVI Screen rarely turns on anymore - see other thoughts
Summary: I would not buy again. Between the brand new monitor coming with so many problems and the failure of the repair team to fix the issue or give me a new monitor, it has just been a huge hassle.
Pros: the monitor I got that worked looks great, decent color, quick response time
Cons: the second monitor i bought had tons of flickering pixels. it would shut off after 15-20 minutes or so. Isent it back for repair and they didn't fix anything, just sent it back to me with the same issues. Very risky buy.
