Excerpt: The ASUS monitor deserves its high ratings. It has great color and excellent contrast. I bought the monitor for its ratings and the rebate. Unfortunately, the UPC code was not readable, so my rebate was not going to be processed. I called B&H. They asked for a picture of the UPC code.
Pros: Easy To Set Up, Lightweight, Sharp Image, Vivid Colors
Excelent for the price (if you don't get dead pixels)

Summary: I bought two of these monitors and have had them for about a week. The colors and contrast are a huge improvement over my old LCD monitors, particularly for dark colors and blacks, which was one of my main complaints about my old setup.
Excerpt: Pros: 1080P with vivid colors, lightweight, was easy to mount with the Universal Vesa mounting holes. Cons: Bezel could be a little thinner...but for the money no problem. General: Purchasing a 2nd for dual monitor set-up with ASUS ChromeBOX.
Summary: Monitor has great picture and did not require adjusting. Only Con was that it is a little unstable on the base and the controls are difficult to operate since the are below the front edge of the screen. Fortunately, the only one I operate is the OFF/ON Switch.

It's a beautiful monitor easy to put together base has nice sized screw holding it together not like some others that are plastic snap together. The pic...
Summary: If you ever need to RMA anything to ASUS, be prepared for disappointment. In my experience they absolutely will not honor a product warranty, and their techs will twist themselves into knots re-defining terms to avoid warranty service.
