Digital connections not working for me and brightness is very low

Summary: Looks like a great display on paper but it was a very different experience for me when I got it. Was planning to use it with my PS3 and Xbox 360 through HDMI but had to resort to Component and it even through that it looks horrible (Component HD can look great, just as good as HDMI if the display...
Pros: Very large, has built-in camera that works in both PS3 and PC, has a ton of input options, built-in speakers and a AUX-out option is much appreciated for using external speakers with your console
Cons: Maybe I was just unlucky but my display has issues with digital connections, it does not work. Connecting an HDMI or DVI device just shows nothing on the display and connecting through VGA or component, the brightness and color reproduction is very off compared to my other monitors.
Summary: I've had this for about 3 years. It's used almost everyday. The quality and clarity is excellent. I normally use this for gaming and movies. Not a single dead pixel, no spots, no issues at all. All around great screen.
Summary: Was disappointed with the monitor, picture and colors not as sharp as Samsung LED equivalent size particulary when watching streaming video or gamming... but you get what you pay for I suppose. Worth spending the extra and get a decent LED monitor
Fine for Gaming, But Totally Inadequate for Professional Work

Summary: I got the Asus VK266H to use as a second monitor, was impressed by the high Amazon user rating and price. I did not realize until turning it on and sitting in front of it that this cannot be used as a professional monitor-- the Vertical Viewing Angle on this monitor is horrendous.
Summary: I purchased this monitor about a month ago and have been extremely satisfied. Because I don't think it's posted in the specs area, I wanted to say that it has a matte finish. You may love or hate it (I, for one, love it), but it's something to keep in mind.
Summary: I've had this monitor for about 2 months now and from day 1 I've been nothing but impressed by it. It's HUGE but ever so sweet on the eyes. It's got loads of connection options, I primarily use the DVI connector, giving me the crispest of details I've ever laid eyes upon.
Pros: Wonderful monitor. It's nice with the slightly bigger pixel size compared to the 24" monitors, and I really like the way you can easily change between the display presets.
Cons: I didn't notice this until just now when I switched from DVI to HDMI (so that I can software switch between my headphones and the monitors speakers). This monitor will not go to sleep when it's in HDMI mode. It will turn the entire screen blue and have a little "No HDMI signal" box moving around....
Summary: I have just switched from an old 4:3 20 LCD to this monitor a few days ago. I have three issues so far. 1. The software CD packed with the monitor contained software ONLY for notebook PC's, I have no idea what they might have wanted to provide. 2. There was no software for the built-in web-cam.
Summary: Awesome 26" monitor with a really nice image quality. No dead pixels, everything is really nice... including enough inputs to hook up anything you can think of (HDMI, VGA, DVI and more). I got the model with built in web cam, although haven't tried that yet.
Summary: Best Monitor I have ever had... picture quality is perfect. No dead pixels. no weird coloring like some people complained about(just have to mess with color settings a bit). speakers are pretty good imo, I have a fairly small room so I dont need loud ass speakers.
