Looks good at first, then it's downhill from there.

Summary: I've been buying Asus products since the 90s. Having mainly used their motherboards, I've not had many issues with any of their products which is why I keep coming back. The ASUS VG278HE monitor however appears to be a lemon.
Pros: Large Screen. Height Adjustable. 144/120hz.
Cons: Not Pivot Adjustable like the VG248QE, or competing Benq monitors. 2ms response time is alright, but 1ms would be better. Monitor is prone to having the menu buttons break, and become unusable. Mine was acting up the first day I got it, and has now become next to useless. It has trouble detecting...
Summary: Would change my 1 star to 5 had they completed the deal!
Pros: Really great monitor, beautiful, big and fast!
Cons: Came with a bright dot! Contacted ASUS and I was promised a replacement many months ago. After speaking with the ASUS rep Jolene she said they would have one sent as soon as it was available and would I give them a positive review. Of course I did but never received the replacement monitor! Very ...
Pros: I purchased a VG278H in Sept., 2013 and while it isn't a VG278HE, you should be aware of ASUS's bogus claim about rapid RMA replacement and "worry free" products. In Feb., 2014, my VG278H started to go black for two seconds and then come back on again at random times during use. No problem, I tho...
Summary: I just purchased this monitor, and installed it yesterday. The colors are way off. Everything is too blue and I can't get it to look good with any of the presets, or by adjusting the color settings manually. The picture on this monitor is darker than my old ASUS VE247H, but it hurts my eyes more.
Summary: I have bought three 27" Asus monitor recently including the latest VG278h 3D LED monitor. Two out of three has problems from day one - VW278 constantly generates weird low-tone humming noise when turned on, loud and very annoying but image is OK; the VG278h has non-functional button issue, image...
Summary: Bought this over a year, but defect starts show up in less than six months. I have never returned any products before, so I don't want the trouble to return, so be it, I will never bought another product from Asus then. the problems: the screen would black out for a few second then went back.
Summary: DEAD PIXEL! Now I have to return it and hopefully the replacement will not have dead pixels, since I am paying for a brand new monitor. I shall have a brand new screen without dead pixels though.
Pros: There are no Pros when you buy a brand new monitor and it comes with a DEAD PIXEL right in the middle of it.
Cons: Brand New Monitor came with a DEAD PIXEL right in the middle of the screen and it is unacceptable. My other monitor a Samsung 950D does not have dead pixels and is still working with perfection after two years.
Summary: After getting it RMA for the Buttons they call Keyboard, the 3D stopped working, well got an RMA for that and just this morning got the display back. Well initial tests everything worked, at least until I had to go out and I turned off the Displays yes both of them.
Summary: Since the 3D does not work and my brother is getting my other computer, I am going to let him have this display, it works in almost every aspect, but when the Out Of Range comes up on trying to enable the 3D Vision it locks me out of the system altogether.
Pros: Lovely display. great 1080P and this is my 2nd review
Cons: got my RMA and got my Display back and oddly enough when trying to turn on 3D Vision with the new Logic Board installed LMT VG278HE and now it just will not let me set 3D says Out Of Range when its trying to set up the 3D. 1 Egg cause well they didn't really fix the display, it works with the but...
