Pros: Monitor looks great, is a huge display compared to my old one
Cons: Not so much with the monitor, but with the shipping. i was sent a refurbished one, which says in the specifications that it comes with 3d glasses, which is the main reason i bought it. but they pcked it without any. unfortunately there isnt really anywhere i cn buy the glasses seeing that none of...
Summary: Cannot overclock this pretty much at all, got about 70hz and that was it. I was able to get 2560x 1440 on the screen res no problem. Though I did not try to go any higher on the screen reso. Personally I wish I would've skipped on the 3d and just got a higher hz/resolution monitor for the money.
Pros: I have owned this monitor for 10 months now. The colors are very rich and bright, I have it setting next to my LG TV and it blows it away on the colors and quality of the screen. The Default menu options are actually useful where as most tv/monitors always seem to look a bit off. The swivel stand...
Cons: 3d is useless for the most part, if you own nvidia you will have to purchase additional accessories for it. Only 60hz (which I knew about going into it. And you should as well if you read the specs.) The 2d to 3d conversion they have built in only seems to add a bit of depth for what ever you're ...
Summary: Absolutely love this monitor. I now have it next to my Acer GD235HZ (4+ years old) and the Asus makes it look lifeless. Yes, the Acer GD235HZ was great in its heyday, when NVidia was still cranking out the original 3D Vision (before light burst), so this was my monitor of choice back then.
Pros: This monitor looks fantastic. I bought three of them just over three months ago, and I don't regret the purchase one bit. The quality is very good, and they feel solid. With the swivel base and height adjustment, they can be adapted for almost anything.
Summary: I completely understand why this monitor was going for such a "good" deal this Black Friday. Anyone who likes to see accurate colors should stay away. I imagine you might be able to calibrate this into something decent, but I am not willing to take the time.
Pros: It works?
Cons: Where do I begin...having gotten this to take over primary monitor duties from a PA238Q (which is a great screen), I was prepared to be blown away again by ASUS' typical high-quality. I put it on my table after assembling the stand, and immediately notice the screen is super wobbly. It is also im...
This monitor is excellent, everything I was hoping for

Summary: THIS IS IMPORTANT! Anyone complaining about seeing the lines when using the 3D I have to assume was using the 3D for normal computer use. THIS DOES NOT WORK. If you try to use the 3D vision while just browsing the internet or something, you're going to see VERY prominent lines horizontally crossing...
Pros: This thing looks great, all around. Colors look much brighter and more vibrant than on my old monitor. The 3D is just the icing on the cake!
Cons: My only issue is with the stand, this monitor must have been designed for giraffes. The lowest setting on this stand is a few inches higher than where my old monitor used to sit. I got used to it but it is still somewhat annoying.
Pros: This is a great monitor it dose have some line's going through the screen. But you can adjust the screen so you don't see them and its only on white. I didn't see them when I was playing a game. the 3D works good but it works better if its a 3D friendly program like a game that was made for 3D.
Cons: Adjusting the monitor can be a little difficult like the height and width of the monitor so your desktop fit's the monitor
Summary: It is an excellent monitor, definitely the best I have ever owned. Asus should seriously consider removing the 3D button because their software is broken and can't properly utilize it.
Pros: Very good response time especially since this is an IPS panel the overall clarity of everything on the screen is really good it is definitely worth the money I will be picking up 2 more of them
Cons: Passive 2D to 3D conversion is a complete fail. The Nintendo 3DS has better 3D then this monitor overall the glasses really hurt your eyes and the only thing I could manage to do in 3D was play one game of Call of Duty then turn it off
Summary: Great monitor, stunning picture with a few tweaks this monitor looks great.
Pros: Works great right out of the box, even with a standard HDMI cable using Tridef's 3D program I was trying to grab images inches from my face If you have a recent AMD video card Tridef is 50% off
Cons: Needs to include better cables or at-least tell you, you need a dual DVI cable or 1.4a HDMI cable to really take advantage of the monitor's 3D capabilities. The white horizontal lines I'm getting used to them. but you can only see them in 2D
