Summary: First of all what happened to monitors over the last 10 years? We have processors and SSD's that are hundreds of times faster and cost nearly the same as a comparable item 10 years ago. Why is it we've gone in reverse in the monitor/display field? CRT's that pushed as high if not higher resolutions than current LCD's with better color and refresh rates were cheaper, made better, and lasted longer than any of the trash out there now.
Summary: As with most people, I purchased this monitor without consideration of it's 3D capabilities. I only cared for the 120Hz refresh, something unseen in most available monitors. I LOVE the ASUS brand and have no complaints up until now. Approximately one month of owning this beauty, I now have a vertical line of dead pixels. :( This probably won't be the stopping point for me. I am going to RMA it immediately and get it replaced.
Summary: I gave it 4 stars because it came with a pixel stuck on red, right around the center of the screen as the previous reviewer experienced. I have been using it a couple days and just noticed it so it's not a big deal it's just the thought that when you buy something new it should function perfectly. That being said it is functioning 99.99% so I can get over it.
Summary: I purchased this monitor after reading all the great things about it. When I first got it, I was very happy with the purchase and being a gamer, I was very happy with the performance. Prior to this monitor, my desk had one 23" 60hz LCD and a 19" CRT for some older games that didn't perform as well on an LCD such as counter-strike 1.6.
Its Great, Its 3D.... im sure in the future there are more things to come

Summary: Way better than my 1080p Asus G53 gaming desktop LCD monitor. I bought this to test it out and also see if there is a difference which there is. A LOT !..... Colors are awesome they truly stand out and not over saturated. Although I've seen review about a green tint problem but if tend not to think about it, you probably wont see it. If you tinker around your RGB hopefully that would do some good.
