Summary: I'm not real big on gaming (3d flight simulator might be nice) This monitor is flawless. I watch 3d movies on it with sveiw and nvidia quadro and w8.1pro. If you see one, snap it up. You won't be disappointed.
Summary: If you buy this monitor you will not be dissapointed. I unfortionately never really use the 3D option but I thought I would get it just in case 3D actually starts to become worthwhile. By the way, viewing angle on this thing is amazing. I can watch movies at any angle and the display never looks horrible. I am sure you you sat far away and looked from agressive angles you might start to see issues but when you are sitting at normal distance, it works perfectly.
Summary: Very good quality, I got what I wanted. Although sometimes the monitor turns off spontaneously at some moments. And occasionally the monitor says that it is not connected to anything, but it's a minor problem.
Summary: Awesome monitor, as a matter of fact most of the reviews I read online didn't give this monitor nearly enough credit that it deserved. The "Blue Tint" that everyone speaks of can be easily fixed through the color calibration. 120Hz on this monitor is a huge difference over most conventional monitors and provides a new experience in games (If you have the horsepower to crank games up that high).
Summary: I bought three of the Asus VG236H 23-Inch 3D-Ready LCD Monitor and i have been using them for two weeks so far and they are great,no problem with them and I am glad that i Bought Them I had the Viewsonic VG2436WM-LED 24-Inch before and they were horrible, I thought that the matte screens are better than the glossy ones but I was wrong.
Cannot accept computer analog video signal, but its strengths mostly make up for its weaknesses

Summary: Asus costumer service is not particularly versed on the basic technical capabilities of their products. So don't expect to get necessarily correct answers. That loses it a star. The lack of VGA input is strange. The HDMI is redundant, as DVI-D can accept the same signal with an adapter and there is no audio output here, anyway. I'm not sure who will use a YPbPr (as opposed to RGB) component input on a computer monitor.
Summary: I recently built a new rig for a game I had been waiting on for years now (Guild Wars 2). I wanted to get well above 60FPS on max settings with an amazing picture and since I knew GW2 was supporting stereoscopic 3D, I knew I needed a 3D monitor as well. This monitor has the clearest picture I have ever seen on a TV-like screen ever. Everything is bright, vivid and crisp and there's comparison to the TV monitor I had been using.
Summary: for the price, and what you get, its a bargain. i have to admit the 3d is much better than i thought it would(could)be. it should be noted that i was using a hp w2338h, which i thought was just fine. nope, this is better. im running two monitors now and just use the asus for movies and 3d.
