Excerpt: I ordered 3 to be used with nvidia Surround on a gtx 980 and they all look pretty good. Viewing angles are a little bit narrow i believe, so make sure you have a good amount of room. They are pretty thin but still bulky enough to not shake or move around. Great monitors, especially moving from a TV.
Excerpt: fot the price, I can't find another board that has the same look as this one. Only cons with this monitor is that the internal speakers aren't to good and that the input will pop up everytime you leave a full screen process. May be removable in the menu but I haven't found it

Summary: Receive my 2 VE248Q's, have them setup as dual-monitors. The bezel sounded small but when you put them side by side you get a 1.5" black gap. As others have noted sound is very poor but that is why I have a sound bar attached.
Excerpt: Have bought three of this model over the past year for different applications. Easy to set up, have had no issues with compatibility on three different systems, and the image is bright and very readable.
Summary: It seems to be pretty good, very bright, and you can lessen it but there is not much in between very bright and not bright at all. No bad pixels I can see yet. The one thing that I did't like was the instructions are minimal and very fine print, hard to read.
Summary: I've had this monitor for four months now. I mounted it on an extendable arm so I could swing it over my recliner and type on my lap. I love the monitor! It has several different modes for different purposes.
Summary: Much, much, much too bright. On the lowest brightness setting it is still bright enough to burn your eyes. You can make it slightly less intense by playing with the contrast setting, but too much and image quality starts to suffer. I even used color temperature software to dim it a little more.
