Great monitor for the price, there are fixes for common problems
24 July 2015
Summary: For $150, this monitor is a steal for the features and 1080p resolution. The colors look a little washed out, but it's just a matter of getting used to. There are fixes to this problem and many others: Ghosting: Set "Trace Free" to 40 in the monitor settings.
Summary: We have about 80 of these monitors now. I've been purchasing them for my company for the last 3 years, and we have yet to experience either a DOA unit or a failure. Every single one I've installed is still working, zero issues.
Excerpt: Works great as a monitor from my PC with the either the VGA or the DVI input, and also as a TV with the HDMI input from my cable box. This allows me to either just work or just watch TV - or both, with using the PC screen and watching TV football on the monitor.
Summary: Bought this monitor for my son who uses it for gaming. He loves it and says the performance is perfect for gaming! It's just what he was hoping and excepting in a monitor. The speakers are a nice addition as well. They are not high quality but we were not expecting them to be.
Summary: I got this monitor to replace an LED tv I'd been using and the difference is incredible. Granted, it was a good monitor, but since this one is designed for gaming, the frame rate, shading, glide, etc are outstanding.
