Excerpt: Although I barely use my MacMini and ASUS ASMX239H monitor, after just 10 months the display has developed a dark pink cast over the right half of the screen. Whites are no longer white, they are magenta. Looking into what the warranty from ASUS and/or B&H is, but so far very unhappy that I wasn't even able to get even a year out of this monitor with very limited use (and the monitor has always been shut off when not in use).
Summary: An Amazon Warehouse purchase, as represented on Amazon's "Buying Choices" web page this monitor was supposed to be "like new", in "pristine packaging" and in "pristine" condition. I don't know if Amazon entered that description or the warehouse reseller wrote that description. Your site goes on to say "we verify its physical and FUNCTIONAL condition". The video was fine, the audio was not. We had sound when using a VGA cable & separate audio cable.
A product that stops working properly after 2 months of use is NOT RECOMMENDED FOR ANYONE.

Summary: I bought this monitor only for the support you give me a brand like ASUS, but today I've been very upset when my monitor flashes. At first I thought it was configuration problem, all went back to factory settings, then change the cables, but the problem followed, then connected the monitor to another computer and the problem continued.
Summary: This monitor just shut down on me the other day and won't work anymore. (I bought it less than a year ago and I take really good care of it). When I called Amazon to see if they could help me, they contacted the company on my behalf and the company's response was that the time had expired and couldn't do anything about it. I wasn't looking for my money back, just to see if they could fix my monitor. Super disappointed.
Summary: Brought the 29" version a few months ago and loved it and wanted a 23" version sit next to it but was very disappointed with the quality of the 23" version, 2mm gaps all the way around the screen ugly and worst of all I had a rattle in the back case, sent it back and got a full refund. Will try again with this make as I like to have the same set but got unlucky this time.
Summary: Exactly 12 months and 1 week (1week out of warranty), the screen started to show burned-in and flickering on left-mid side of the screen. I could clearly see my Outlook email client burned into the screen. I use the screen for work only and expected this screen to last at least 3-4 years. Looking at this now I'm severely disappointed. If asus expected this product to work as a work/multi-input device (for games etc) they should use a better display.
Summary: Ho lo schermo ancora in garanzia. Un mese fa mi fu sostituito perché difettoso (la luminosità dello schermo era ballante, e si vedeva una striscia luminosa in alto). Ma come sostituzione mi fu inviato un monitor che non si accendeva. Sostituito anche questo il monitor che mi hanno inviato in questo momento che scrivo sta sfarfallando. Speriamo che smetta.
Excerpt: Producto con aparente defecto de fabricación. Monitor mal ensamblado (abierto de la parte inferior), con tornillo en la parte trasera del monitor con severo desgaste (barrido). La pantalla venía ensamblada a la base en un ángulo que no es el adecuado y es imposible cambiar la posición.

Schrift wird in der Standard-Schriftgröße-11 leicht unscharf dargestellt, deshalb musste ich diese unter Win-7 von 125% auf 150% umstellen, dies entspricht der Schrift- größe-17, leider unterstützen unter Win-7 nicht alle Programme diese Schriftgröße ! - Bei weißem Hintergrund z.b.
