Awesome if you need it. Still cool if you don't really.

Summary: This is a cool device! The color display isn't as good as my laptop (budget model ASUS) but it's a secondary screen so I'm not going to cry about it. To be more specific, the colors seem slightly faded compared to my computer.
Summary: Generally this works pretty well. I have to say the picture is not as good as my other "second" screen, but this one is so much thinner, and for travel that is what I wanted. (Yes I know there is a higher res version out there, but I am using this for word processing and the several hundred dollar...
Summary: Looks like a great monitor, however wasn't able to get it working because there wasn't sufficient power coming from the Surface Pro 2 without the use of additional items like the USB 3.0 Y Cable and possibly a powered hub which really doesn't make it as portable as it should be.
Summary: This is a great mobile work monitor. Driver for monitor is ok. I got it work but definitely not plug and play setup. Resolution is good for work and YouTube but not streaming videos. Good bright monitor. I use this monitor with my t430 Lenovo thinkpad .
Summary: I carry this monitor with me on business travel. I have a 13" laptop for the airplane. When I'm in an office I use this as a second (larger) display. The image is excellent, the device is very light, and it only requires a single USB cable for power and signal.

Summary: For travelers looking for a portable monitor, I don't know of a better option at the moment than this. It's admittedly a collection of 'almost there' features; it can be finicky to set up, it seems to prefer certain USB ports over others (regardless of whether they are USB 2.0 or 3.0), and the stand...
Summary: I bought this as a replacement for an AOC model that broke when something heavy shifted on to it in the trunk of my car. There are several reasons why I chose this because of AOC features that I did not like. I expected ASUS to be superior in those respects and it is: 1.
Summary: I am spoiled with two monitors on my home-office desktop, so my productivity was down while traveling with my laptop. This monitor is nearly ideal for a number of reasons. Pro's 1) Light, thin, packs easily. 2) Clear, bright display. Ideal for the Office Apps I normally use. 3) Convenient.
Excerpt: Nice portable monitor for taking with me on appointments. Screen is sharp and very thin/ light-weight. I ordered two for my office and one had a bright spot in the screen causing me to return it. I liked it enough, though, that I will get another one to replace it.
