Terrible tech support

  • Summary: DO NOT BUY THIS MONITOR Does not work with my Microsoft Surface Tablet. Called ASUS tech support. Had to call back twice with a case #. Then talked to them for 30 minutes and they told me to try another HDMI cable. This monitor does not even use an HDMI cable.

  • Summary: I currently have a MB168B+, and a MB168B, I'm extremely disappointed in looking at the specs listed on this page. It shows the correct resolution, but then it is misleading by stating the higher resolution of the MB168B+ for the MB168B as "Max Resolution".

Stopped working after a few weeks.

  • Summary: Monitor worked fine for a few weeks. Only used it occasionally - keeping it in it's included case in my back pack until I needed it. Then one day - a couple weeks after the return date expired, it just went out. Screen was frazzled - multi-color instead of true color.

  • Summary: Monitor not as bright as I had hoped. The case/stand is terrible and the drivers for this monitor interfere with detection of HDMI connection. Overall I am very Displeased with this purchase.

  • Summary: Bought this product and it worked for about 1 month or about 8 working hours and now it's sandy/fuzzy as though a video card or some chip has gone bad! Very disappointing. I've tried it with 3 computers and same results.

Not Windows 10 Compatible

  • Summary: I have windows 10 and was able to previously get the monitor to work, I only use it on certain trips, but this recent trip it will not connect no matter what. I have uninstalled and installed the Asus Ezlink driver multiple times.

  • Summary: I've had this monitor for about 5 months and it worked well. However, much like many of the posts before me, I received the debug error and my monitor stopped working. The customer service with this product has been among the worst I have dealt with and each person seems to be reading off a script...

Chrome doesn't work on ASUS MB168B HD (ATTENTION FOR MAC USERS: NO FULL SUPPORT FOR MAC)

  • Summary: Obvious issue using Chrome. My default browser is Chrome and when I use it on ASUS MB 168B, it breaks the screen as shown in the picture. Asus should fix this bug ASAP. For Mac users, it doesn't fully support what users would expect the monitors to have such as change of lightness etc etc.
