Phenomenal monitor. I would have given it 5 stars ...

Jonathan Sangregario, Amazon
10 March 2015
  • Summary: Phenomenal monitor. I would have given it 5 stars, but my unit came with a single dead pixel in the upper right quadrant of the screen. The pixel is unnoticeable unless it is on a pitch black background (ie.

Great Monitor with a Couple Nits

Patchap, Amazon
22 February 2015
  • Summary: This is a pretty good monitor though I wish the refresh rate was a bit higher. For the price though it is probably the best I've owned of this size. I use it with a Mac Mini and I've encountered a couple small issues I thought I would point out. At the edges of the screen, the picture bends a little bit - this could be caused by any number of things but I think it's the monitor because if you move your head to either side it goes away on that side and becomes more...

  • Summary: Forget this monitor if you are buying this for office purposes, Yes if you just going to watch movies and nothing else, Give highly irritating reflections , need to ensure that the monitor does not face any form of light source else u will go mad seeing your reflections on the screen

Nice large monitor

M. Jones, Amazon
25 October 2014
  • Summary: Nice large monitor. BUT, to my eyes I can see very distinct vertical lines. Not so happy about that and did not see that in any of the reviews of this monitor. I am sure my mind will adjust for it but it is annoying, knowing I went from a cheap ASUS flat-screen monitor this one. I turned sharpness down to zero and still see them... Sigh oh well...

Very Good But one problem

Amazon Customer, Amazon
12 June 2014
  • Summary: Ok this monitor is superb in almost everyway, but loses one star because the on/off power switch is just so lame. You find yourself pushing it to switch off and it doesn't go off..so after trying for 60 seconds, you then try waiting a few seconds while some hidden internal timer resets on the power switch and then allows you to switch it off...its pretty awful.. i just leave the thing on 24/7 now.

Great Monitor

sam cannon, Amazon
2 June 2014
  • Summary: I'm really impressed with this monitor. It has one flaw however that is impossible to ignore. The Screen has a black border around it that can be really off putting. Its not clear that it has one from the photos provided. sneaky AOC. However, other than that the picture quality is great, its nice and slim and the external power supply will protect the monitor from harm should the power supply go wrong.

Great monitor

Nycoy, Amazon
30 May 2014
  • Summary: Works well for PC and PS3. Sound is a bit disappointing - quite tinny. I like the PC software which seems to work well (which lets you basically perform the functions of the physical "touch-buttons" via software.

Nice for the price

Mr A N Frearson, Amazon
15 April 2014
  • Summary: This is a pretty good monitor for the price. Good viewing angles, plenty of real estate and relatively easy to set up and calibrate. 1080 is right on the limit for a computer monitor of this size and text can appear a bit blocky, when viewed up close. Very good for video playback, gaming and viewing photos. For critical graphics and image editing, I'm using an older 24" 1080. The stand is flimsy, as others have said.

2 dead pixels already.

Neil Hamilton, Amazon
9 April 2014
  • Summary: I like this monitor and for the price, it represents very good value for the money. However, I now have 2 dead pixels right in the middle of the screen in less than a year. I know this can happen but why don't they go at the edges and not the middle!?
