Summary: ...misleading description. When it's off, looks like it has no border around the screen, but it has half inch around and you can see it only when it's on. That's the only reason why I don't give this item 5 stars. Also the buttons on the back are something that I'm trying to get used to it even after 2 months. The stand has too little to no mobility at all, so if you want to tilt the screen forward or backwards, you are out of luck.
Summary: I am an artist and a gamer, hoping to find a monitor to fit both my passion's needs. The price is a good deal, but you get what you pay for right? You better use an HDMI cable for this monitor because when I used the VGA cables that were provided, the quality and the resolution alignment were horrid. The colors aren't true. I've been using an amazing NEC AccuSync LCD monitor for many years prior and the colors and refresh rate were outstanding.
Summary: I'm very picky about monitors and image quality. This AOC is an excellent value for the price. What I liked: 1. IPS panel so that colors don't distort when changing your viewing angle. 2. Matte (non-glossy) screen helps reduce light reflections 3. Stylish design. 4. Bright and clear image. 5. Good pixel response time compared to older generation IPS panels. Hardly any ghosting in games. 6.
Summary: This is probably the cheapest 1080p IPS panel on the market. The picture is crisp and the screen is a nice matte finish. Like all IPS monitors, the viewing angles for it is outstanding. Overall the build quality of the screen itself feels solid and only the very slim bezel and the monitor stand feels like it could be improved on.
Summary: The look of this screen is perfectly acceptable. For students and business users, this is a perfect monitor to work with documents and websites, type code, manage servers or watch the occasional video and any task that isn't visually critical. There is a very thin bezel around the edges. Annoyingly, it uses a power brick. I would not edit or preview photos with this monitor. If you really care about photography, you have to spend more money on a proper monitor.
Summary: I had no idea I could get such a WONDERFUL LED COMPUTER SCREEN for such a low price (and bought through the Warehouse Deals which I always try to do). Why did I wait so long. What a difference....not even counting the lower energy bill because of the LED. I even watched a movie on it....wow, wow, wow.....and very sexy in appearance.
Summary: I got an AOC monitor for my wife after reading great reviews and she loves her. So I got this one for me. I like it. Performs well and has great colors and image. Reason I gave it only 4 stars: It is sold as bezel-less, but that's not true. The glass is edge to edge, but the bezel is behind the glass, so when on, it looks just like a regular LCD. So, because of that lie, I can only give it 4 stars. Otherwise, it is a great monitor.
Summary: I bought 3 of these for my gaming desktop, and they are good quality! No dead pixels, response time is quick, and they are super thin and look very sleek. The only complaint I would have with them is they don't have the VESA screw holes on the back for mounting to the wall or a triple monitor arm. Otherwise you couldn't get any better for the price!!
Excerpt: I bought it to use mainly for gaming and watching videos. It is a thin and light display with great display. The bezels are not that slim, and it doesn't have HDMI connection. Would recommend for the price but look for Dell monitors to compare price, too.
Pros: Adjustable, Easy To Set Up, Lightweight, Sharp Image, Vivid Colors
