Summary: Out of 2 purchased on March 2, 2012 one of them failed in July 2013 and AOC are claiming the warranty on these is only 1 year and would cost me $125 to repair it. Without written 3 years warranty, do not purchase this as chances are it will fail before end of 3 year period.
Summary: I bought this on special for 89.99 plus shipping and wow!!!! The colors are extremely vibrant, and you can definetly tell the difference with the LED backlighting. It came with a cd that helped setup the display and gives lots of options for everything, split screening, color intensity, custom color...
Summary: This monitor is no longer manufactured (presumably an obsolescent item), It has NO BUILD-IN SPEAKER, which is not mentioned or fully described in the dealer's product specification/details. Also this dealer does not pay for the return merchandise and will charge a restocking fee.
Summary: I have an iMac and I have been using a 40 inch flat panel as a second, or third, or fourth, monitor. It depends how you look at it. I was tired of having that big screen too close for comfort. I bought this right along with three other monitors that happened to go on clearance at CompUSA.
Summary: We got this monitor for our office. We have been using the monitor for about two weeks so my review might be premature. You need to take my review with a grain of salt. The resolution is good and the monitor is very sleek, looks very thin and unstable but generally very stable.
Summary: I bought this monitor to replace the very plain 15-inch one I previously used. I was disappointed that it was wide screen but our friend who installed it said to give it two weeks and I would be whistling a different tune.
Summary: I never considered purchasing an AOC monitor until seeing one in person at Best Buy; this monitor, while similar, seems to be a step down (unfortunately, BB was out of stock and I did not write down the model number). As with most LED-lit LCD monitors, it is very thin and looks very nice.
