Summary: I bought this monitor for my home office in July of 2009 for $119 (there was a special $50 rebate from Acer at the time). I have very, very sensitive ears---and so my only complaint is that on certain settings (might be the photo view, I can't remember) there is a faint white-noise sound this...
Summary: I've owned 2 of these for over 4 years now and I love them. Just bought a 3rd used after a bad experience with a cheap LED. The contrast and viewing angles were terrible. If you can find this one, its a solid buy.
Summary: I've worked with computers for over 23 years, and I've never seen this kind of problem. Seriously, I've probably had close to 500 crt's and lcd monitors, used daily by designers and engineers, and I've never had a monitor break down this soon with this kind of problem.
Summary: Well I've had mine for about 2 years and everything was ok until about a few weeks ago when vertical lines appeared on the right side of the screen. This monitor has pretty much sat in the same spot, has never been abused in any way, etc. It seems it is just not a good quality product.
Summary: For the price this monitor is great. It has excellent picture and supports 1080i! I've had this monitor for over a year and have had no problems with it other than the god awful stand it comes with. If it weren't for the stand it would get five stars.

Summary: I've had this over a year. It works great over VGA (used a 25 foot vga cord for a year and worked great, although it is very susceptible to ground loop, only connect to the same socket as the computer!) Recently, I finally got around to getting a 25 foot HDMI cable.
