Pros: nice big screen, and touch makes life so much easier. easy set up. stand comes attached. Wait for the $499 sale price.
Cons: color is a little washed out. Not as vivid as my non-touch LGs. I agree with some other comments on the web, but it still looks great. Installation instructions say that the usb cable is optional. It is not. Touch wouldn't work for me without it plugged in. and the worst part? now i want another one!

Summary: Pros: Love this monitor, highly responsive and it has an amazing picture. Have in mounted on the wall that hangs beside my bed and use the touchscreen every day. 1080p + IPS is simply stunning. Cons: No camera Other Thoughts: Great! with Windows 8 it really creates a new experience.
Summary: it's a good screen. The touch controls don't seem to work at all for Photoshop. For everything else it's fine. I wish brightness, contrast were easier to access, the buttons and menu are not great. I still have to use my mac screen if I want accurate colors, brightness and gamma. If someone knows how to resolve my issues I'll change my rating.
Summary: Overall great monitor. With Windows 8/8.1 it really creates a new experience.
Pros: Love this monitor, highly responsive and great picture. Have in mounted on the wall that hangs beside my bed and use the touchscreen every day. Sad I couldn't afford the 1440p but I shouldn't whine, being 1080p as well as being an IPS monitor.
Summary: Speakers built in? Sounds like an old computer speaker, tinny and barely audible. Switches inputs automatically which may be desirable for some, but as soon as my attached Surface Pro goes hibernating it switches to my cable input (both HDMI). I don't want that. Why would anyone want that?? Cheap for a reason: It's a "cheap" design.
