Summary: I bought this monitor for the touch screen in combination with Windows 8.1 Pro. Straight out of the box, only the left side of the screen works for touch, the mouse is needed to select objects on the right half. The manufacturer doesn't provide any drivers with the monitor or a good trouble shooting guide. I've ran the driver update and it shows to be up to date. I've uninstalled the driver and installed again and same issue.
Summary: When I finally received the monitor, vendor was a slow as sludge, it worked only momentarily. Later, the images on the lower three quarters of the monitor would jump around. After several calls to Acer's technical support, I was finally told that I could send it to their service center in Texas AT MY COST! I had just spent $50 to have it originally shipped to me and I wasn't anxious to send to spend any more.
Summary: the communication with the seller excellent however the number of tracking furnished after a lot of times of asked for a lot of bad, the number of sent tracking was false and then they inform me that the display was broken and they has returned back it.
