Poor quality monitor and poor customer service from Acer

Summary: I purchased 6 of these monitors about a year ago for our small business and all 6 are beginning to show an internal black smudge spot in the exact location in the lower right quadrant of the monitor. We contacted customer support and although these monitors are under warranty, they only offer return and repair which can take up to 15 days. This is unacceptable for a business as they should be shipping out replacements and then having us return the 6 defective monitors.
Summary: If you are thinking of buying this monitor because it has three inputs (1xVGA + 2xHDMI) like I did, think again. There is no input select button. To change the input, you have to navigate thru the OSD. All told, it takes 10 button presses to change the input - and if during that time your computer has turned off the display because there's no monitor signal (like my macbook does) then the monitor will just revert back to the original input *and* close the OSD.
