Summary: Got this a couple of years ago and am still using it. So far I have yet to notice any quality decreases from new. The colors are quite good, very vibrant. The default contrast could be bumped up a bit, as very light grays on white aren't apparent.
Summary: There's nothing really wrong with this monitor... it's just... cheap. If you can find it on sale and you need an inexpensive monitor to fill a need then by all means get this. Otherwise, there are larger, nicer monitors for, literally, a few dollars more; even at the sale price.
Pros: Good size Bright/Crisp Image Rear facing inputs HDMI and DVI inputs (cables included too) Thin
Summary: You can find 2k monitors for around the same price as this one so.... yeah.
Pros: The pros are that this is easy on the eyes, easy to set up, the response time is nice, and using this with a gaming console was a new experience. Normally I would buy Asus before Acer but this product is pretty solid and very easy to clean with a 50/50 ratio of distilled white vinegar and water.
Cons: I bought this monitor in 2012 and it is still the exact same price in 2015 - seriously 1080p? I no longer game via consoles anymore so this is not an issue for me, but figuring out how to get sound out of my xbox was a pain as there are no built in speakers. Summary: I have 2 other favorite brands that i usually buy. Decided to take a chance on this one. The colors were washed out at first... to fix this I brought up the menu... used something like ECO-AUTO something settings (auto color profiles) and chose MOVIE MODE which made colors more vibrant and the...
Pros: Works Great and No Dead or Stuck Pixels. Picture looks nice. No motion blur playing Guild Wars 2. Has all cables included... you get DVI, VGA, and HDMI in the box! I used the HDMI cable on a new pc build with an Nvidia GTX 960 DX12 Video Card. No Problems.
Cons: On a dark black screen there is considerable light bleed on the right side of screen and slight light bleed on the left side of screen.
Pros: This delivers exactly as advertised and newegg had this bad boy on sale for $130 i should have bought 2 because now i want to run dual monitors and the cheapest i can find it is $170.
Cons: i wish the monitor could tilt a bit more but that neither here nor there, i dont like where the power connector is located and the inputs i wish they were more centered, but thats not worth an egg i could that from the pictures.
