It seems that nobody ever bought the P223wW series, while the P223w is very common. The only differences i could find is the h/v-frequency (w 56-60Hz and wW 56-76Hz), some not proofed hints abou a hdmi-input in the wW-series and the colour (w is black, wW white).

The acer P223W has many sub-models, there is the Wx, Wd, Wt, Wq and now yours is Ww. among the aforementioned models with the exception of your model, the major difference that I have notices is the power consumption in active mode. Wx is the most efficient. it consumes 26.6 watts while the others 32.63 w - P223Wq, 36.6 for P223Wt. ( data published by energystar.gov ). I haven't found any document for the series P223Wd and P223Ww. What I noticed is that the P223Wd that I owned is sold in our country, Philippines. I was not able to find any Wx series which I preferred for the energy friendly feature. BTW, you can reduce the power consumption of your lcd monitors by lowering the brightness settings. Hope this
