Summary: This product arrived defective, with a flickering screen full of persistent artifacts. The build quality is incredibly poor for such an expensive item; the exterior plastic of the monitor was loose to the touch, flexible, and felt incredibly cheap.
Summary: This monitor is like all other LCDs in that it's really really bright. When you turn the brightness down below about 80 percent you can hear a distinct ring from the backlight if the room is quiet and you're young enough to still hear that frequency. Other monitors do not do this.
Summary: The monitor arrived with the DVI input dead, it transmits a signal, but the EDID is GONE, so this don't work at all. Summary: I bought this as if it was 3D vision 2 compatible; however, in order for Acer to sell this model, they decided to make the model and serial numbers very tricky. The HN274H BMD is supposed to be 3D vision 2 compatible ; however, the HN274H BMIIID is not, and is only 3D vision 1 compatible.
