Summary: I originally purchased the Samsung 2233RZ for 3D gaming. It was good, but I eventually wanted to go larger. The added advantage of this monitor is that while the other one was a weird 1680x1050 resolution, this one is full 1080p, making it easier to watch 3D Blurays on.
Summary: I got this monitor almost a week ago. Decent sized 1080p monitor, bright. Built in nvidia 3d vision 2 and glasses. System works well. Some sync issues with Batman: Arkam Origons - have to block the IR connection and have it resync. There is only a power button on the monitor.
Summary: Excellent lcd choice for gamers!! It works as advertised and really enjoying the experiance since the CRT days Pros 1. 3d is amazing, but default is only about 20% or so. I suggest you customize it to suit your needs. 2. works perfectly as regular monitor 3.
Nice monitor, but Invida 3D had ghosting and weird vertical interlaced look to it.

Summary: I thought this was a nice monitor, but was very dissatisfied with the Invidia shutterglasses 3D. It was very ghosty and had a strange vertical interlaced look. I thought it would be a clear image like my 3D projector, but the pixel grid was very annoying.
Summary: While 3D is good, it still seems like there are ghosting issues, possibly related to physical refresh rate of the display. Turning down contrast (while in 3D mode) to zero helped, but still there on white/snow backgrounds.
Pros: I really like 3D since my Amiga back in 1988. It does a good job, but I don't have any other thing recent to compare it to. For active tech, I was expecting nice solid images, but some games don't seem to show as such. Maybe the conversion process is not optimized all the time.
Cons: Cons: 1 dead pixel, even thought I just got it from Newegg, it was made Jan 2012. YOU MUST USE DVI cable to get 120HZ not HDMI. It should come with a big piece of paper saying that but I learned. Not sure why it is brighter in 2D mode versus 3D if they are both 120Hz but there is a big difference...
Summary: This product arrived defective, with a flickering screen full of persistent artifacts. The build quality is incredibly poor for such an expensive item; the exterior plastic of the monitor was loose to the touch, flexible, and felt incredibly cheap.
