Summary: I really like Acer. Cannot be beaten for its price & quality. This is my second Acer, I use it with Nvidia Stereoscopic 3D and have no issues with the monitor, even bought used as I recall. Absolutely recommend them to anyone.
Summary: This monitor works amazing--provided you dig into the hidden menu and tweak one setting: OD (for "overdrive") I was getting odd green image ghosting and color aliasing before I figured this out. Then instructions to do this are as follows...
Summary: Awesome 3D monitor. I just got one of these to add with my 2 screen setup and I'm very happy. I was going to get one of the new Asus 144hz monitors but I already had an Acer 120hz monitor and this was being sold for 150 dollars and I couldn't pass it up.
Summary: Bought this monitor a few months ago for the 3D, and it had some pretty good reviews. All in all, it's pretty decent. Nice color, nice size, 1080p 120Hz is wonderful, and it wasn't too expensive. Out of the box, everything was perfect. I got this thing set up very easily.
Summary: I bought this monitor for 120hz gaming in January 2013. I got it up and running properly in 120hz but soon noticed everything in motion on the screen was outlined in green, then purple, then red, then blue and progressively got worse.
Summary: Great size, I dont think I'll need to upgrade for a very long time. I almost considered wall mounting this, but Its not quite big enough to warrant that. My cons aside, I am very happy with blowing my entire paycheck on this monitor.
Pros: The 2ms response is perfect. The 120hz is amazingly better than my old 60hz.. Comes with cords and everything. SUPER FAST SHIPPING. I got it in 2 days with free shipping a long with 3 other items at the same time even though those had the supersaver shipping.
Cons: This may apply to all 120hz in general, but when watching 24 fps films in 1080p/120hz the framerate gets out of sync sometimes and as a result tons of frames are dropped and the framerate goes down to what looks more like 10-15 fps. This only happens occasionally and is solved by switching back t...
Summary: I bought this because it was 120Hz monitor and it was cheap mainly to be better at BF3. I will not pay this amount of money for a monitor that has some issues. I am RMAing this for a BenQ XL2420. The Asus 144 Hz was an option as well but I want quality and for ~$30 more why not.
Pros: 120 Hz and price
Cons: Colors are washed out. Some backlight bleeding. Why on earth does the screen go literally half black on the left side? After googling it looks as if others have the same prob. This is easily fixed by turing off the monitor and back on after a few minutes.
Summary: Got the monitor at a discount during the July 4th Sale. Looks great, and while it doesn't have speakers in the monitor itself (who uses those anyway, buy yourself a decent pair of speakers for $30,) it includes a 3.5mm to 3.5mm jack so you can run the audio through the monitor and to your speakers...
Pros: tl;dr: 120hz matte screen (non-reflective) huge great price love the look
Cons: tl;dr: had a stuck pixel, but a little tap would fix it. Happened 3 times in the first week, have yet to see it again.
Summary: The 3d on this screen is great using Nvidia's 3d vision kit. I was disappointed that the newer drivers do not support OpenGL as most of my good programs are OpenGL. Support for OpenGL is supposed to be there but not one OpenGL program provides 3d. DirectX looks great though.
