The 3M M2256PW is a 22-inch high-definition, multi-touch LCD display that is designed based on 3M’s Projected Capacitive Technology. The M2256PW is designed for professional and prosumer (professional consumer) applications and supports 10-finger touch input as well as multi-user interactivity.

Features

The 3M Display M2256PW features a high-definition 1680 x 1050 LCD screen, DVI and VGA video input, audio input, USB and RS232 (serial) dual-mode communication protocol and durable, and an anti-glare front surface. The device is compatible with applications such as computer aided design, digital signage, computer gaming, security monitoring systems, education and training, and teleconferencing. The 3M M2256PW display is also compatible with Windows 7 operating system. The unit will also be adjusted for compatibility with Linux and Windows XP/Vista/7 operating systems, via a multi-touch driver and software utility. It will also be bundled with communication protocol documents that will allow users to develop their own drivers.
