Summary: It's ok, but under the hood it's the same thing as a bunch of the others with the same form factor, USR, Trendnet . save a few bucks and buy the trendnet. If your using this for a phone app for caller ID, and with rejection messages to be played.....
Excerpt: Installed it on my old IMAC with OSX 10.5 and it was up and running in no time. The Zoom was listed in the drop down tab which made it simple. The Mac still tries to log onto the Ethernet, (which is not available) after start up.

Excerpt: I returned this Modem immediately after the software installation failed. I'm using an up-to-date version of Windows-7, and I have never witnessed a software installation go so completely wrong. The User Manual was similarly flawed.
