  • Summary: I purchased this modem for my caller ID program. It would not work with my program. Contacted Tech Support and was told it would not work for caller ID. No problem in taking it back to Walmart. They refunded my account. Thank You.

  • Summary: This product says that it is windows 8 compatible, but there are no drivers on the enclosed cd. I bought this modem for aol use for a friend (I know, terrible), and it doesn't work. I contacted cystomer support and they directed me to their website, which also does not have the drivers, and then proceeded to blame aol.

  • Summary: Just received it after two weeks of transit from site to store. (That's what you get for free shipping) Too early to review. Hooked it up, directions/driver CD goes up to only Vista 64 bit. Had to go online to download drivers for 7 64 bit. So will tell you all after we receive the first fax!

  • Summary: Tokk about 15 minutes to install on PC and have it up and running. Sent a test FAX and it went through flawlessly. One was sent back and received just fine. Was able to save about $30+ on a new printer without FAX function. Personally I can't find anything that I didn't like about it.

Its a modem

The Network Guy, Staples

  • Excerpt: Well, not much to say here but it is a modem and it does function as one. If you have a 64-bit machine, you'll need to download an updated driver to get it to play speaker sounds through your pc speakers, but other than that, it works fine. Not much call for modems these days, but it should do the trick for you if you need one.

  • Summary: This product started right up on my window 64 bit 8.1. It did all the things it was suppose to do. But it kept saying busy line or no dial tone. You must have an analog phone system for it to work. Will not work on digital. I have package deal with phone, tv and internet, so I could not change. But worth the money if your phone is analog.
