Excerpt: Was surprised that this model is actually lighter then my 5qt ProLine. Easier to move and carry. One piece plastic ingredient ramp thing-y is much improved over the old two-piece. Not as loud as some other reviewers mentioned. Can't imagine my kitchen without it when I want to make a big batch of cookies. Handles the heavy dough well.
Excerpt: I love the power of my pro 600 and the lift system. I bought this for a wedding gift for my son & his honey. She does a lot of cakes & cup cakes. Since I use it for that, breads, pizza crusts, pasta and it hasn't let me down, I knew this was a must for her. They will also be getting the ice cream attachment. Wish I had that was well. My daughter has attachments and shreds cheese and much more.
Pros: Capacity, Cleans Easy No Sticking, Cleans Easy With Rinsing, Double Amounts With Ease, Even Mixing, Heavy Duty, Looks Nice Sitting Out, Saves My Wrists And Hands, Spoils My Wristshands, Spoils My Wrists Hands, Super Easy To Use
Excerpt: We made 808 doz cookies this Christmas, 6 batches at a time, need this mixer's high capacity bowl and ability to handle very thick dough loaded w/nuts chips etc. Worked for 5+ yrs till burnout, bought another. This is 2nd.
Pros: Capacity, Even Mixing, Heavy Duty, Lasted 5 Yrs Till Burnout, Works Quietly
Excerpt: I love this mixer! My mom bought it for me 2 years year ago for Christmas because I'm big on baking, making breads, etc. When I first got it I used it once a month, but now every day. I love the different speeds, the idea of being able to buy add- on's, it surprised me the first time I turned it on wasn't near as loud as I thought it would be, love how big the bowl is and how easy it is to clean. I have 4 children 8-1 years old and they love helping use it.
