Great Product!!

  • Summary: Very good immersion blender with very convenient attachments. It has a powerful motor & I really appreciate the fact that the speeds are adjustable. Purees my soups & sauces in an instant, just make sure you use a deep container when whisking to avoid wearing your food. Don't be thrown off by the reviews that claim the blender breaks/strips easily. If it is used for the items it is designed to work with (sauces, soups, etc.

KHB300 No Replacement Part

jspr, epinions.com
3 June 2010
  • Summary: For $125.00 I would expect something a little more durable or at the very least, repairable. Avoid this model till Kitchenaid addresses this problem.
  • Pros: Power and versatility made this the ultimate kitchen tool
  • Cons: The unit is unrepairable; no replacement parts

A blender worth having bar none!!!!

72_spokes, Ebay
3 May 2009
  • Summary: After eight years with my last one I cannot express all the good points with these units. Countless hot soups mixed with it milk shakes for the grandkids and thousands of other times we use this and never fails to amaze myself and my wife. One incident with the blender head seal coming loose and a quick e-mail to the manufacturer and two days later here comes a brand new unit FREE! Such service and accountability for an American company!!

  • Summary: Until KitchenAid starts using a better quality of plastic or switches to stainless steel for the drive shaft, I don't recommend it.
  • Pros: Variable speeds, removable blending shaft.
  • Cons: Cheap plastic parts that break
