There are a couple of things I really like about this hand mixer...

Summary: 1. The under mixer storage bin for all the accessories is nice because it keeps everything together, but doesn't take up a ton of room. It was a little hard to snap on at first, but has gotten easier with use. Or I've gotten better at it. 2. It has powered through some pretty stiff dough with no trouble - bread, dinner roll, molasses cookies. The peak power button has proven helpful. 3.
Summary: Very, very, very bad smell from this mixer. I have had it over three months and it still smells the same with the same intensity. It smells like metal and chemicals, it is extremely distasteful and sours the whole baking or cooking experience. My daughter leaves the kitchen as soon as I remove the mixer from the cabinet. I am getting a new mixer for Christmas :) I also found the lowest speed to be too fast for mixing up my favorite cookie recipe: choc chip pan cookies.
Summary: Loved it, but it lasted less than a year. A ring fell out where the beater is inserted and you could no longer keep the beater in. Very disappointing. Other than that it worked well and I loved the container.
Summary: Awesome product for the price. I tried it on a heavy, thick cake mix and the mixer worked great. I also put the the beaters in the dish washer and they came out clean and looking as good as new. I just wish the other 2 types of whisks and beaters came in matching sets. I only received one standard matching set of beaters. The other beater and whisk came as single items.
Summary: This thing is ridiculously loud and super heavy and bulky. I bought it because I have a recipe that calls for me to whisk 3 egg whites until they are stiff, which takes like 10 minutes with the manual whisk. After using this mixer, my hand was just as tired as if I had whisked it myself because this thing is so heavy. I thought maybe I was imagining things, or maybe all hand mixers are like this, but then I read other people's reviews and realized I am not alone.
