Cuisinart does not repair or service its hand mixers

Summary: Buyer beware. If and when your hand mixer dies, Cuisinart does NOT repair them and they do not have any outside service centers to repair them. So you should know that your warranty may be of limited value.
Summary: I had a very old hand mixer that splattered everything I mixed all over the counter. So, I decided on this Cuisinart mainly because of the storage compartment. The attachments and cord fit nicely in the clear bin. As for performance of the mixer, it works great and without splatter. When first turned on, it briefly starts out slow then a brief burst of a higher speed, then back to the speed I select. This all happens in about 2 seconds.
Summary: This is an excellent hand mixer with the power to handle any of the jobs I have done, including mixing bread. It is easy to change the beaters, easy to clean and the digital power settings are easy to use. I would receive mm end this to my friends.
Summary: I love this mixer! I was most surprised by it's power! I love how it starts slow at first and then revs up. It can really whip if you get it on high speed but it's powerful enough to knead bread or mix a batch of chocolate chip cookies. I love how all the different attachments store, along with the cord, in the container blow. It has a great push button release for the attachments and you can literally drop them in the dishwasher without ever touching them.
Summary: I bought this a while back, but used it for the first time yesterday. I was really pleased with the strength and speed of this hand mixer! I used the regular beater to do a pound cake (egg white beating and also the stiffer mix of butter and flour) and it was perfect. I noticed the body (where the engine is) being slightly warm to the touch when I finished the second (and last ) batch. I will try to update as I use the other features...
Compact and powerful--great addition to your kitchen toolkit

Summary: Sometimes you just don’t want to haul out the Kitchen Aide stand mixer for a modest job. This appliance fills the bill nicely. It is compact, lightweight, and easy to use and store. The design is thoughtful making use intuitive. I have had none of the difficulties written about in some reviews. It has plenty of speed and power to stand up to thick almond-butter batters. It handily creams butter with sugar. Whipping cream is a snap.
Love this, but I have one complaint that keeps me from giving it 5 stars.

Summary: The product works for mixing, as it should. However, the only thing keeping me from giving this five stars is that the container does NOT want to stay on, so DON'T try picking it up by the handle when you're moving it, because the clear case and all the pieces will fall. I see where there are grooves where you can kind of click it into place, but it's not strong enough to hold the container.
