Has a powerful motor to mix the heaviest of batters.

Summary: Easy to insert and eject the beaters. The motor is powerful and I love the progression through the five different speeds and the step down again so that you can withdraw the beaters without making a mess. The beaters are stainless steel so they are durable and dishwasher safe. The color is bright and attractive.
Summary: Cuisinart makes great products. Most of the appliances I own are from Cuisinart. Coffee maker, ice cream machine, food processor, etc. I purchased this because I needed a new one for work. I love the fact that the beaters are extra long compared to other brands. It whips up things in a jiffy! Love it!
Summary: I had wanted to buy Quisinart hand mixer for a while now. I was excited to receive it but when I opened the box I was disappointed because the write-up showed and said it was to have a whisk attachment included. The only thing inclused was a spatula. I rechecked the description on line and sure enough it should have been included. But, I realized that the 7 speed had one, but not the 5 speed.
Summary: The slowest setting is a little fast, however the mixer works well and is easy to use. This one comes only with wire whips; I do miss having regular beaters as well. It is a very nice looking mixer.
Summary: All the power of a standmixer. Gets the job down without the storage needs at a great price. I had to try it after "American's Test Kitchen" gave it high marks. The only complaint would be where the release button is for the beaters.
A powerful, quality-built mixer. Don't be fooled by cheaper imitators.

Summary: While cheaper, lower-end mixers may -look- similar, you can tell the quality difference as soon as you pick this Cuisinart up. It feels solid and heavy (not -too- heavy, just not chintzy). The controls operate wonderfully. The mixer has power to spare, easily handling even thick batters.
