Magic Mayonnaise!

Karen, Amazon
25 January 2015
  • Summary: I really like this stick blender. I use it to make Fermented Mayonnaise in my Probiotic Jar. It is the whisk blade that works so well, and when my cheap chinese stick blender with this special whisk blade broke that I decided to purchase a Bamix. It's so awesome because you can dump all the mayo ingredients in with the oil and it just emulsifies it like magic. No oil drizzling. This recipe is available at ProbioticJar dot com.

Reliable Workhorse

Amazon Customer, Amazon
13 May 2013
  • Summary: I bought my Bamix that is almost identical to this one at a home show in Kansas City, 2003. It is now 2013. NO loss in power, and it is only this month that I'm having to replace my mincer blade. I still have the blender and whip blades, my mini-chopper thing, the plastic mixing container accessories and the stand that came with my original package. I cannot say enough good things about my Bamix...

If you only ever buy one kitchen food processor

sueprice, Amazon
8 January 2013
  • Summary: this is my most favourite gadget, I bought it just over 12 months ago and it does what it says on the can. Amazing product, use it everyday, keep it on top of my microwave. If you are scared of price,I can honestly say so was I, but this machine has made all my other gadgets redundant. Cannot praise it enough.

Powerful and effective

Chicago Book Addict, Amazon

  • Summary: I bought this to replace a Breville Immersion Blender that turned out to be a huge lemon. Because of that, I was a bit nervous to take the plunge and buy a new immersion blender especially from a brand that was new to me. Thankfully so far this Bamix has turned out to be an excellent purchase (and you can be I will update this review if anything changes).

Awesome Blender-extremely top heavy!

J. Brown "fit and frugal", Amazon
7 March 2012
  • Summary: I love how this blender performs.. I just bought it from Williams Sonoma on a Thursday and sadly just two days later as I was finished blending some fruit and juice for a smoothie and was putting some additional milk into it- It fell over taking all contents with it, took a chip out of the kitchen floor and put a crack in the casing as well as busted the top cover.. So, I give this four stars. It is excellent-LOVE how it works and its so quiet.

My bamix still gets 5 stars after 10 years of use!

  • Summary: I've had my bamix for over 10 years, and my mom has used hers (sparingly) for probably 15 years. These are amazing! I have a magic bullet that I've been making baby food in (and it's been a major headache) so I remembered to bring out my bamix, and it's amazing!!! I don't have to add any liquid to the baby food, I can just throw a bit of peach and a few chickpeas (or whatever) in a bowl and they are pureed smooth for my 7 month son.
