Reliable Workhorse

Amazon Customer, Amazon
13 May 2013
  • Summary: I bought my Bamix that is almost identical to this one at a home show in Kansas City, 2003. It is now 2013. NO loss in power, and it is only this month that I'm having to replace my mincer blade. I still have the blender and whip blades, my mini-chopper thing, the plastic mixing container accessories and the stand that came with my original package. I cannot say enough good things about my Bamix...

If you only ever buy one kitchen food processor

sueprice, Amazon
8 January 2013
  • Summary: this is my most favourite gadget, I bought it just over 12 months ago and it does what it says on the can. Amazing product, use it everyday, keep it on top of my microwave. If you are scared of price,I can honestly say so was I, but this machine has made all my other gadgets redundant. Cannot praise it enough.

Doesn't anyone get an order right anymore?

Stuart Caruk, Amazon
23 January 2012
  • Summary: The bamix is a great product. I clearly ordered a pink version and was shipped a silver one with no time to reship the item before Christmas. Yet another case where the shipper sends what they happen to have in stock rather than what was ordered or desired...sigh...

gift for mom

Amazon Customer, Amazon
30 December 2011
  • Summary: This product seemed awesome at first, I even got a pick one (my mom and I both have all pink appliances) and it worked really well at first. Then around christmas when my mom was using it a lot black stuff started to come out of the bottom and ruined some cookie mixes. It seemed to be like oil or grease that makes it spin, but we dont know how to make that stop! it is also very powerful and if you are not careful you will have mix all over the kitchen!

fails by design...

Jan-Willem Arnold, Amazon
30 December 2011
  • Summary: This blender shouldn't even be for sale in the EU. - To start with the most severe fact: the switch inside is rated at only 125 V AC, 2 Amps. Guess what happens after three years of daily usage: it fails. The motor is actually a DC motor, the AC power is rectified by a single diode. The switch will have to operate a peak tension of 230 * 1.4 = 320 volts instead of the peak of 175 volts it was designed for.

Best blender I've ever owned.

C. Point, Amazon
7 December 2011
  • Summary: I also purchased a pink blender and received a silver one instead. However, I really don't care. I'm so impressed with the way I can take a half cup of skim milk and in seconds whip it into over two cups of stiff white peaks of foam to top drinks and fruit.
