Summary: I was lucky enough to find this model via a local distributor. In addition to having the option of two levels for cooking (turntable and removable wire rack), I trust Whirlpool Gold products will outlast their competitors. Summary: THIS MICROWAVE DOES NOT HAVE THE FAST MINUTE BUTTONS AND IF YOU WANT TO USE THE MICROWAVE RIGHT AFTER YOU HAVE TAKEN SOMETHING OUT YOU HAVE TO CANCEL THE PREVIOUS SETTING BEFORE IT WILL LET YOU START A NEW ONE. YOU CANNOT ADJUST THE LOUDNESS OF THE BEEP AFTER THE COOKING CYCLE EITHER. THESE ISSUES ARE ANNOYING AND THEY DO NOT MAKE USING IT QUICK AND EASY. Summary: This microwave is great. It is easy to issue without having to read a lot of instructions. It does not splatter food that is heating up. I like the feel of the 'buttons'. It is easy to clean any finger prints on the stainless. I am glad I have it in my new kitchen!!
