Two broke within 3 years - Unreliable and Expensive

Summary: I bought a new home with one of these pre-installed. It lasted 15-months, then stopped working with a loud "pop". I replaced it with a new one and it too stopped working with a "pop" after 14-months.
Summary: Although the description says 1100 watts, mine states it is 1200 watts inside the door. Also, my model is the stainless steel and metal casing (not sure where the all-plastic junk is at that people are talking about, unless there is a lower-end model with same mt4155sps5 model#) Heats great/fast,...
Summary: The microwav was what I expected. Except there were dings & dents on the microwave and, specifically, the stainless trim was of poor quality. I believe this was reboxed by the seller and then sold again as it looked as if it had been a previous return.
Summary: I bought this unit based on good reviews here and on Consumer Reports. I was very disappointed. I am sending it back, despite having to eat the shipping costs. I should have suspected things weren't going to go well when I found a cigarette butt tucked into the plastic bag containing the manual.
