Summary: We have using one of these for years & it is the best! I can bake desserts, biscuits, quick breads or roast beef, pork or chicken, throw in a frozen pizza & use it as a microwave. I can't cook a turkey (too big), but anything that fits in can be cooked. If it dies, I'll buy another one. Why shop around when it works this good?
Summary: I can't say a bad thing about it. I was on a search to replace what I had and found the exact match. The old one I had for 10 years without any problems. Price was great too. I think everyone should have a combination convection/mircrowave. Frozen pizza tastes like it just came from the pizza shop!
Pros: Attractive Design, Easy To Clean, Easy To Install, Heats Evenly, Powerful, Simple Controls, Simple Display
Summary: This is the third Grill 2 Convection by Sharp that I've owned, and I will never go without this product for years again (I missed having it and the convenience it provides too much). I had one for 9-10 years in Iowa from 2000/2001-2010, then it broke. This original one I purchased from Wal-mart for what I believe was a hefty $450 at the time (I might be recalling it incorrectly, but whatever I paid was pretty high).
Summary: I had the larger version of this product for many years and needed to replace it when it stopped working (this is smaller but still big enough for almost any job). It really is a powerful appliance and I've been able to use it in place of my regular oven almost exclusively. Just some of things it does so well: roasted tri-tip roast, grilled chicken (my favorite!
Nice compact unit, does good grilling and roasting

Summary: I got this unit to replace an ancient Farberware convection oven that finally fell apart after 20 some years. I liked the idea of it using both microwaves with heat and convection though that only works with Roasting; Grilling is Convection only. We mostly use it in Auto Grill and Auto Roast. Some observations after using it for a few months: . The Auto Grill mode only works on relatively small weights -- if you have a really big steak or two, it might not take it.
