Summary: It has the right look for a kitchen with stainless appliances, but the quality is not the best. The door seems flimsy and there is no light inside when the door is open. Strange, most other microwaves always have a light that goes on when the door is open so you can see the food.
Summary: I ordered this model based on the wattage -900 - and the dimensions as it needed to be small enough to fit a tight counter space yet large enough to fit a decent-sized dish or food item. The carousel is a little smaller than a previous Sharp model I had, but is big enough for my purposes. The unit has easy-to-understand and read controls, and is fairly quiet when running. The sleek design and black with stainless steel trim matches my refrigerator exactly.
This is (almost) the ideal Counter-top Microwave Oven ... Hands down!

Summary: Several months ago I started looking for a counter-top microwave oven to replace one that had gone south. My requirements were simple ... or so I believed: - When placed against the back of my countertop, at least 8 inches of counter in front of the microwave's door should remain usable. - At least 4 inches of free space should be present between the top of the microwave and the bottom of my kitchen cabinets. - Between 800 and 1200 watts of power.
Summary: I love this microwave! It is black with chrome on the front. I had my other Sharp microwave for over 10 years until it stopped working. I found the instruction book with measurements and ordered this one. It was just what I wanted.
Summary: This arrived on time and is great so far. Looks sleek and fits in with my other stainless steal appliances. Is a greAt size and does what it's suppose to. Not to mention the price was great compared to other microwaves of the same size in stores.
Summary: I'm pleased with this product. It cooks a bit faster than my old microwave that was about 13 years old. The popcorn setting is too long, so I don't use it but opt for 1 min 40 seconds instead (if popping your own kernels in a brown paper bag--it might be perfect for microwave bagged popcorn). I wish the light would go on when the door is open, rather than only coming on when it is actually in use, but I can live with the minor inconvenience.
