Summary: I'm writing this having just gotten it. First the bad stuff: it won't work without something inside it. A glass of water, a bowl of pasta, something. Not a big deal, but a bit confusing at first. The good stuff: after only 1 day, we made some mac and cheese and other things like tea, and it works perfectly. It's a simple to use, easy to read, tough little piece of hardware. If it lasts as long as it looks like it can, I'll be lamenting about losing it in 20 or so years.
Summary: Easy to use 1 dial, no crazy 20 buttons to look through. I always hated having to put my glasses on to use microwave. Very easy to clean stainless steel interior with solid white, easy to clean bottom plate(without that turning table that always breaks). If your using it for home make sure you measure for it it is a lot deeper than a regular home microwave.
Summary: fabulous product for elderly lady. i ordered this because i was unable to locate a well made, name brand, microwave oven that had 1. a handle to pull open not one of those annoying buttons that gets stuck and 2. a dial to set time easily. not those annoying digital displays which are so difficult to u nderstand. my mum loves this! its well made, the inside is all metal and will be easy to clean. im very pleased, so much so that i may buy one for myself!!
Summary: My office has high-volume use of this model in both kitchenettes. Seeing how it was so basic and tough for repeat users, I bought this for myself. It has met all of my expectations as I have gone through my share of microwave ovens every other year for the same reason (malfunctioning of the door closure on the standard Sharp model from Costco).
Summary: heats things up fast & easy to clean...the only thing I don't like is that it doesn't have a clock or timer......but I can live with that.....there is a light inside once you set the dial to the length of time you want .....
