IT'S VERY USEFUL. But get an installer, who reads INSTALLATION instructions FIRST

Summary: Received it in decent time but box was a bit bent. I hired an EXPENSIVE installer who I discovered, was not all that bright. If you don't know the installer's work, don't be ashamed, to stay while installation is done. The guy I got (AROUND BRIGABTINE, NJ) was very cocky. After 2 days, he couldn't get the mounting screws to hold the unit above my stove. He sais, I need to send this one back because, they sent the "wrong" mounting screws.
Summary: the none it was replaced was more than 25 years old and this is one third more powerful is much easier to program and exactly fit the space. Of course it looks more modern and does many more things.
Summary: I don't think there is much more I could expect from a microwave. I have had this product installed for a while and find it makes cooking tasks so much easier. I'm not the pro chef and it makes tasks such as defrosting so simple. No guessing how long, what power, or when to break apart, etc. With my old microwave, I would always seem to wind up with larger chunks of cooked meat.
Summary: We replaced the first after about 7 years because we had our kitchen remodeled. We drove it 250 miles to our vacation house and it continued to work another 10 years!! So of course we bought another Sharp for our remodled kitchen and this lasted about 11 years or so until the plastic control panel broke and Sharp said it could not be replaced, but it still worked! However, since I was afraid of getting electrocuted etc., we bought a third in October of 2010.
Summary: On April 18 we placed an order for the above oven. The site stated there was 5 in stock. Our shipment day was to be on the 21st. We received an email stated that the warehouse was out of stock. ( I thought they had 5 on Hand) We were to receive this order on the 25th. When I called their customer service line the recorded message was "we are closed for the holidays" call back later. I called again today the 26. The same recorded message.
Summary: I purchased this microwave/convection oven less than two years ago for my family's use. This consists of two people who work full time & the appliance was mainly used to do some baking and heat food, on occasion. A month ago the button broke. Sharp has no buttons in the United States to repair this appliance. The Sharp people in customer service never took notes so every time I called to try to find a new parts business, it was like the first time.
Summary: Knave had this for about a year and like it so far. We have not experimented too much with the convection - just a few things that we would not have been upset about if it did not come out perfectly. It looks great and bakes thin crust pizzas perfectly!
Summary: I purchased this oven about 17 months ago. It lived up to all of the hype and worked great. Last week it just went dead. I tried to get some help through Amazon and the supplier. Nobody responded. I paid for an online evaluation and was told it was probably the fuse or fuses. The only trouble is you have to remove it from its location above the stove to get at the fuses.
