Summary: I've owned several of these units (build duplex homes) since 2010 (and purchased more in 2012/13) and haven't had a single problem with any of them. Most reviews here on Amazon are from 2011. My experience is that the complaints lodged here were resolved. If you can find one new, jump on it! Very attractive and extremely functional--most of our users never use their regular ovens after owning these...
Summary: This Samsung unit worked fine for two years but then shorted out. Fortunately I had bought a service agreement. I have been waiting one month for Samsung to deliver a needed part to the repair people. It may not be available, since, I think that this model is not being made anymore. If repair is not possible, I will get a new unit. I do not want Samsung. Do not buy this model!
Summary: Have had 4 combo convection/microwaves which do not have a good reputation for lasting any length of time. This one was the worst and Samsung service has been awful about the error code 3. They will not tell me the parts that are defective but sent those same 2 parts to a repair center nearby. I spent over well over 500 at a company in MO. No 10 year warranty as they claim on line. What a disgrace.

Summary: My Samsung microwave SMH9207ST is very similar to the ones now being reviewed on Amazon. The difference is my unit has the key pad installed across the bottom front of the door. My unit is installed over a OPEN counter top. It is NOT installed over a stove burner. There is NO steam etc from under the unit to cause the unit to fail --- that CANNOT be used for a excuse for my microwave keypad/control unit to fail after only aprox 23 months of use.
